You have two options with your eating schedule:
Option 1. Meal Plan of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner during your normal times.
Option 2. Intermittent Fasting, 16/8 – so 16 hours fasting and 8 hours of an eating window to get all of your calories in. Read more about Intermittent Fasting.
Not that one option is better than another, however more of an option for you to switch it up and see which your body responds to more.
